COVID-19 Protocol
Temperature checks
Upon arrival we will take your temperature with a digital thermometer. If the reading is equal to or above 38°C, unfortunately you will not be able to stay at the hotel. Temperature checks will also be taken by all hotel staff on a daily basis, upon starting and finishing their daily work schedule.
Disinfection at the hotel entrance
Footwear sanitizers will be made available outside all access points to the hotel.
Mask use among staff
All staff working at the hotel will wear a reusable face mask.
Digital communication
Check-in and check-our services will be delivered digitally, using email and WhatsApp, among other means.
Staff training
All staff will be trained in protocols and practices as indicated by the health authorities.
Self-care signage
Caution signs will be placed in all communal areas detailing basic self-care measures, such as: the use of masks, social distancing, hand washing and/or the use of alcohol gel.
Hand hygiene dispensers
An alcohol gel dispenser is available on all floors for maintaining hand hygiene.
Guests demonstrating symptoms
Should a Guest start to experience symptoms once already at the hotel, they must inform Reception so that health protocols can immediately be put in place and they be referred to the necessary health service.
Continuous sanitization
All staff follow a cleaning protocol for sanitizing rooms, bathrooms and communal areas on a daily basis.

The use of face masks in communal areas is compulsory among our Guests, as is the maintenance of at least 1,5m distancing from Guests outside of your booking
